Mobility scooters, electric bicycles and powered golf buggies will now begin contributing to Australian Rotary Health through an innovative new campaign by Melbourne Rotarian Alan Dowling (Wishbone) from the Rotary Club of Wantirna and Global Machinery Wholesalers.
The two companies set up an e-mobility campaign that will sell units at great prices, and donate $25 from every sale to each of the following not for profit organisations – Australian Rotary Health, Breast Cancer Network Australia, Livestrong and Kids with Cancer Australia.
The global e-Mobility industry is booming and many people who are either not as capable on their feet as they used to be, or are disabled are finding these units give them a whole new lease on life.
Wishbone has sourced the scooters, eBikes and golf buggies from Global Machinery Wholesalers in Melbourne.
The manufacturing company has been selling around the world for over 20 years and constantly receives excellent feedback. CEO John Goodrich states “our philosophy is to only offer the best quality in everything we sell. There are so many less worries doing business this way. We buy from one of the best factories in the world. The units are made to meet the extremely rigid European standards and are currently being supplied to a range of organisations in Australia and across Europe”.
Alan Dowling says that the business has been developed to support these 4 very worthy causes. “We offer top quality units direct to customers between two hundred dollars and a thousand dollars under the competitor’s retail price. By avoiding retail outlets, we get our products to many more customers and by donating $100 to the causes; we feel that along with our customers we strive to make a difference to our community. “
