2. Print out the order form and fill in the details. Please note that all fields on the order form are mandatory. So save you time and avoid possible delivery delays, please be sure that you have filled in all of the required information.
3. When it is finished, fax it back to Wishbone ebikes on +61 3 8677 9431. You can pay by bank transfer or cheque.

4. We process your payment with our bank.
5. When your payment has been cleared by our bank we will contact you to arrange delivery and commence the delivery process.
Delivery Process
The price that you pay with us includes delivery of your new scooter, bike or buggy anywhere within Australia. We will contact you to let you know that the delivery process has begun. From there, your product leaves the Global Machinery warehouse either same day or, early the next business day for the delivery depot and will arrive at the dispatch depot over the course of that day.
We use the TNT hub for dispatch using the best courier service for each area. This is especially so in regional areas. From the point that the depot receives your new bike, buggy or scooter, delivery times vary depending on your location.
The following timings have been put together by Wishbone ebikes and Global Machinery based on previous experience. Please note that these timings are intended as a helpful guide only and should not be taken as definitive delivery times as timings can vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Melbourne – 2 days from dispatch
- Brisbane – 2 days from dispatch
- Cairns – 5 days from dispatch
- Darwin – 5 days from dispatch
- Western Australia – 5-7 days (Rail)
